Dr. Gregor Kraft joins FTPO research team

Since September 1st, 2018, Dr. Gregor Kraft is reinforcing FTPO’s research team. Dr. Kraft studied chemical engineering in Mannheim (Germany) and chemistry at the University of Kaiserslautern (Germany). He received his PhD doing his thesis on Sulphur-Nitrogen based heterocyclic chemistry and then worked 26 years as researcher and project manager at Lenzing AG in Austria, the world’s leading manufacturer of Viscose fibres. As internationally recognized expert for cellulose-based materials Dr. Kraft will develop at FTPO new concepts for the use of natural fibres in polymer composites. We are very glad to welcome Dr. Kraft to our team and wish him success at FTPO.
