UV chamber (Intelli-ray 600)

UV chamber is an apparatus in which a photoinitiator is activated with UV light. This initial reaction serves to activate the monomer and link the monomer units into the polymer chain. We can set the time of polymerization in seconds and the intensity of the polymerization.

This method is very fast compared to the thermal method, because with photopolymerization, the polymer can be prepared in 2 minutes.
