TGA enables the continuous monitoring of the change in mass depending on the temperature. The TGA can, among other things, determine the content of volatile components in polymers (moisture, solvent residues, plasticisers), the amount of inorganic fillers and the relative oxidation stability in a nitrogen or oxygen atmosphere.
